An Agenda Designed Around the Challenges You Face

At Amped Connect U.S. 2026, you will not be sitting through a generic conference agenda. You will be part of a day built around the challenges you are already dealing with in the field:

  • AI in forensic video workflows
  • deepfake concerns
  • reliability of enhancement workflows
  • courtroom defensibility
  • timing and synchronization issues in video evidence
  • analysis of citizen-submitted media

From the opening sessions onward, the agenda is designed to give you practical insight you can apply to your cases immediately.

Kicking Off the Day with a Timely Look at AI and Forensic Video

Martino Jerian, CEO and Founder of Amped Software, will open the event and set the tone for the day with “Artificial Intelligence or Real Evidence? AI Enhancement and Deepfake Forensics”.

His session will explore one of the most urgent topics in the field today: where AI can support forensic work, where it can create risk, and how analysts can approach synthetic or manipulated media with the right safeguards. It is the ideal opening for a day focused on helping you navigate the fast-changing reality of image and video forensics.

Two Guest Speaker Sessions You Will Not Want to Miss

A major highlight of Amped Connect U.S. 2026 are the two guest talks:

  1. The first guest speaker stepping on the stage will be Michael Primeau, Co-Owner & Forensic Expert at Primeau Forensics, with “Expert Rebuttal Work: Lessons from Daubert Challenges in Video Forensics”.
Mike will share hard-earned lessons from real-world Daubert challenges, rebuttal work, and expert witness experience. If your work requires you to defend methods, explain findings under scrutiny, or ensure your analysis stands up in court, this is a session that will immediately resonate. It promises the kind of practical, courtroom-focused insight that can make a real difference in your day-to-day work.

  2. Another standout session will come from Ryan Marquart, IT Operations Manager, Village of Pleasant Prairie, WI, with ““Amped FIVE From Triage to Trial”: How Amped FIVE Plays a Critical Role in My Workflow.
Ryan will take you through two compelling case studies, showing how forensic video analysis can help bridge the gap between raw digital evidence and successful prosecution. From a homicide investigation shaped by critical video clarification to the increasingly familiar “AI defense”, his talk will offer a powerful real-world perspective on how Amped FIVE can support investigators when the stakes are highest.
